List of identifiers of metabolic networks

Explanation of columns
  1. Network identifier: the identifier of the network that can be submitted to pathfinder web service
  2. Network type: RPAIR = reactant pairs and compounds, Reaction graph = reactions and compounds, Reaction-specific RPAIR = reaction-specific reactant pairs and compounds
  3. Compounds weighted: either compounds have degree weight (TRUE) or unit weight (FALSE)
  4. Reactions weighted: either sub-reactions/reactions have weights according to their reactant pair classification (TRUE) or unit weight (FALSE)
  5. Weight policy: the name of the weight policy that corresponds to the given combination of compound and reaction weights; input parameter of web service
  6. Directed: either network is directed with mutually exclusive forward and reverse reactions/sub-reactions (TRUE) or it is undirected (FALSE)
